Ginepro Boroni is distilled from juniper berries fermented with a precise formula used for over 150 years by the Distilleria Boroni and which preserves the medicinal properties of the juniper intact.
The juniper berries are picked in the Adamello Brenta Park. After cleaning and selecting, the berries are macerated in oak vats. The secrets for maintaining the flavour and properties of juniper lie in the completely manual processes used to prepare and ferment the berries. Ginepro Boroni is produced with the original wood-fired water bath alembic still. Alcohol content: 43% Characteristics: A colourless spirit with a brilliance in the glass. The nose is complex and complete, with distinct sensations of the typical aromas of juniper berry. On the palate it is dry and enveloping, with a wild undertone, releasing a complex fragrance predominated by a frank, resinous juniper note. Excellent at the end of a meal, but also as an aperitif and in cocktails. Serve at 12°C, in small tulip shaped glasses. contents: lt. 0,50 - 0,20 - 0,10 Beppe Palmieri - glocal Tigullio vino - Degustazione |
