A spirit obtained from the distillation of a fermented mantuan pink apple. There are still some plants in the meadows around the village and a large tree shading our garden. After the harvest, the apples are processed following the careful formula adopted by the Boroni distillery for more than 150 years, which allows the properties of the fruits of origin to remain unchanged.
The distillation takes place in the original wood-burning bain-marie still.
Alcohol content: 43%.
It is served at 12° in small tulip-shaped goblets
